Our company specializes in silent cinema movie screenings. While we don't handle F&B, tentage, carnival activities etc. we'd be glad to  introduce you to partners who can help with that. 

We offer a postponement (at no extra charge) if we cancel the event on event day before 3pm. We have a 3pm cutoff time due to the fact that our staff and logistics are already on their way after that time. 

We have audio splitters that allow us to split the audio from 1 phone to 5 earphones. We lend these out as needed. 

Our app is really user friendly and we've had tens of thousands of guests download easily for movie screenings. We encourage you to educate them before hand by adding something like "Silent Cinema with your Phone and Favourite Headphones" on the event marketing posters. We will even give you a link for them to download ahead of time. Believe it or not everyone (young to old) are now incredibly savvy with their phones and headphones!
